Email Replies: Emails are answered blazing fast Tuesday thru Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST and 10 – 4 Saturday. We also monitor/answer emails periodically every other day of the week (including weekends). If we can help you by email, that is our preference because email works well for a small crew with a wide variety of daily duties.

Our warehouse crew works Monday thru Friday, so if you have an urgent need to cancel/change a shipment going out on Monday you’ll be able to reach our warehouse manager via phone on Mondays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. CST.

Note: This is not a toll free number. If you do not get free long distance, then feel free to chat us with your phone number and we will be glad to call you back on our dime.

A Note About Phone Orders: We gladly accommodate those who wish to order by phone using a credit card (can’t do Paypal orders by phone, sorry). Just an FYI, when you call an order in, we are using the exact same site for placing your order that you are now viewing. Use of our site is super secure, and when you place an order yourself, there is no chance of a misheard color/size, address, etc and no chance of overheard payment information on your side. Further, our crew does not work on commission… your order is universally appreciated no matter who pushes the buttons!
