Warranty Information for Customers
We sell many brands of gear and each manufacturer handles consumer warranty issues differently. We’ve put together a rundown of the warranty information for each manufacturer for your reference.
Generally, if you experience a warranty issue “right out of the box”, we will handle the issue directly with you (EXCEPT with electronic devices which are always handled directly with the manufacturer). We can arrange an exchange or return… whatever works best for you.
