Details on Shipping Times
Use the drop down menu on each product page to check availability. The menus are kept current (within 5 minutes anyway). Here is a sample drop down menu and below you’ll find an explanation about the different availability estimates you’ll see:
Same Day! means the item is in stock In our warehouse or our vendor’s warehouse and will be shipped the very same day if ordered by 2pm Central time, Monday thru Friday (orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next working day).
At checkout you will be able to view whether the item ships from our warehouse in Texas or one of our vendor warehouses. The status of any shipments can be viewed by taking the Customer Service link at the top of any page.
3-5 Days means we don’t have the item in stock, but it is an item we regularly receive from our supplier (and it’s an item that cannot be drop shipped). Here’s how we handle your order:
- After receipt of your order, we’ll order your merchandise from our supplier and ship from our warehouse just as soon as it is received.
- You will receive tracking information immediately after shipment from our warehouse
- Order status/progress can be viewed by taking the Customer Service link at the top of any page.
Messages you’ll see for items that are not currently available:
Messages like Early December indicates the lead time on items that are known to be on back order.
Extended Backorder means that the product is out of stock and the supplier has not given an expected availability date.
Sold Out means that the product is out of stock, no more are being made and no more will be available.
Please take advantage of our automated notification system! You won’t be able to add out of stock items to the shopping cart, but you’ll be able to enter your email address and we’ll notify you when the item is available.
