Details on Shipping Times

Use the drop down menu on each product page to check availability. The menus are kept current (within 20 minutes anyway). Here is a sample drop down menu and below you’ll find an explanation about the different availability estimates you’ll see:


Same Day! means the item is in stock in our warehouse or our vendor’s warehouse and will be shipped the very same day if ordered by 2 pm Central time, Monday thru Friday (orders received after 2 pm will be shipped the next working day).

At checkout (Step 2) you will be able to view whether the item ships from our warehouse in Texas or one of our Vendor warehouses. Once an order is placed, the status of any shipments can be viewed by taking the Customer Service link at the top right of any page and providing your order number and shipping zip code.

NOTE: If you are ordering multiple items that include both Same Day! items and 3-5 Day items and have selected Free Shipping, we will possibly consolidate the order into one shipment. This means items that show Same Day! might be held or converted into 3-5 Day items and shipped in one package when we receive all the items in our Texas warehouse. See 3-5 Days below.
3-5 Days means we don’t have the item in stock, but it is an item we regularly receive from our supplier (and it’s an item that cannot be drop shipped). Here’s how we handle your order:
  • After receipt of your order, we’ll order your merchandise from our supplier and ship it from our warehouse, typically in 3-5 Days, just as soon as we receive it.
  • You will receive tracking information immediately after shipment from our warehouse
  • Order status/progress can be viewed by taking the Customer Service link at the top of any page.

NOTE: 3-5 Days is business days, weekends & holidays are not considered shipping days.

NOTE: Dainese items that are listed as 3-5 Days take longer to get to us, you can expect us to ship them in 10-15 business days.

Messages you’ll see for items that are not currently available:

Messages like Early December indicates the lead time on items that are known to be on backorder.

Extended Backorder means that the product is out of stock and the supplier has not given an expected availability date.

Sold Out means that the product is out of stock, no more are being made and no more will be available.

Please take advantage of our automated notification system! You won’t be able to add out of stock items to the shopping cart, but you’ll be able to enter your email address and we’ll notify you when the item is available. Simply select the specific size and color from the dropdown menu and select the add to cart button. The page will refresh with a new field that will allow you to enter your email. This does not hold or order the item, but you will receive an email notification when the item becomes available.
