Here is a link to our current product page for this style. I measure the waist band at about 42” and the inseam is 33”. So the waist is a little bigger than the stated size, but since they are worn over street clothes, it makes it about right. Just use a tape over your street clothes to see if the waist size is right for you. The pant’s waist band has loops for a belt so you could snug them down from the max size with your own belt.

The bonus pant the seller is talking about is a base layer that was actually sold with the 2011 version of these pants. The new version doesn’t have the waist zipper than engages the inner pant like the 2011 model did, but I don’t see why you couldn’t use them anyway. This base layer measures 42 in the waist so they should work just fine underneath. A nice bonus. Considering the new price of the pants and the bonus inner pant, this is a lot of stuff for the money. And they look new to me.
