Textile with generous mesh panels. Also includes zip-out vest liner. Very high quality constuction (like Alpinstars). Excellent, hard plastic CE armor in shoulders & elbows. Did not come with back protector so I upgraded to a nice Alpinestars protector. This does make it a little stiff but provides high protection. You can remove/substitute with somethinge else if desired. Good condition with some dirt spots. I am XL in all common brands like Joe Rocket and Tourmaster/Cortech, etc. I think this was called the Supermoto textile.

The seller’s description is very good and I agree with their assessment. The sizing is larger than expected for an XL though. I measure a max chest at about 48-50 and the max belly is about 44” which would be consistent with an XXL. The armor is very robust and it does have an upgrade back protector, which is better than most. The white panels on the jacket are a blow-thru mesh material, so this jacket will work well in cool to very warm weather.
