Yes, I’d agree, this jacket is very nearly brand new. Those who would be interested in this style, won’t need info… they already know what it is. I measure the max chest at about 48” and the max at the belly at about 44, which considering wearing the jacket over underclothing would be in the range of an XL… or a generous XL.
