Padded leather inserts at hips and thighs/knees. Zippered cuff; pants can be worn inside boots or unzip the cuffs and wear outside the boots. Elastic inserts at waist sides and higher waistband at the back for coverage/protection. Pleated elasticized insert at back below waistband for comfort.

I remember this style. This leather/tex combo was really popular about 8 years back. I don’t know how old these pants actually are but they look brand new still. I’m measuring the waist at about 30” and the inseam at 29”
