Here is a link to our now-retired product page for this version of these mesh overpants for your reference. I agree with the seller…. these pants look new and unused to me. I measured the inseam and got 34”. The waist is a bit difficult to precisely measure because they have elastic in the waist band, but it does seem to be right for a 34, and they will adjust smaller or bigger by a couple inches.
