The Teknic Expandable Touring Saddlebags are a good looking set of touring style bags. What I like the best is their ability to expand big enough to accommodate a full face helmet in each side with room to spare! Of course most people wouldn’t be traveling carrying a full face helmet in each saddlebag but it’s good tool for size comparison. The main compartment opening on each saddlebag has a full circumference zipper allowing the whole lid to fold back making it easy to pack them full. The main compartments are fully expandable and equipped with adjustable compression straps to secure your cargo, which is a real bonus on bags that expand as much as these do. The yoke that attaches the saddlebags together is fully adjustable. By adjusting the yoke these saddlebags will work on almost any rear tail section, wide or narrow. The anchor mounting straps for attaching the saddlebags to your motorcycle are located at the front and rear of each saddlebag and have quick release buckles on them for easy mounting and removal. A shoulder strap and sewn in carrying handles are included as well as an internal rain/dust cover. I wouldn’t fully depend on the rain cover to keep items completely dry due to the way it’s attached to the inside of the bag but it is a good feature and will help to an extent.
