Sizing Information

Beginning with some new boots models in the 2018 lineup, REV’IT! began using a new size conversion chart. The chart is listed below. Generally speaking, the boots run smaller than in past seasons for a given size. Their new chart reflects the smaller sizing. Using the new chart, you’ll be buying a boot that is 1/2 to one size bigger than you might have chosen by using the conversion in past years. We tried on this model and confirmed the smaller fit.

Our fit advice is to use the chart below to choose an EU size based upon your US street shoe size, while keeping in mind you may be choosing one size larger than you may have bought from REVIT in past seasons. If you are between sizes in the chart, choose the larger.

Our Two Cents

For Fall 2021 REV’IT! really kicked their shoe game up a level. The REV’IT! Link GTX Boots are geared towards touring riders.

The REV’IT! Link GTX Boots have a stiff insole and shank for protection combined with an Ortholite® Eco-LT Hybrid insole for next level comfort. An injected ankle cup and reinforced ankles, heels, and toes mean you have protection where it counts. These boots should be comfortable off the bike while giving top level protection on the road.

The GTX in the REV’IT! Link GTX Boots name stands for GORE-TEX breathable waterproofing, the best in the business. REV’IT! included the top-level GORE-TEX waterproof membrane that provides 100% waterproofing while staying breathable at the same time. This keeps your feet fresh in any temperature.

The Link GTX boots look similar to other touring boots from the top names like Sidi, TCX, and Forma but with a little bit of REV’IT! flair. The overall styling is subdued but the shift protector has a triangles to hexagon pattern that catches the light at certain angles and stands out just enough. The REV’IT! shield logo is found on the shin and on the shift protector. The back of the boots have a reflective strip for nighttime visibility.

A rider that is looking for a great all around touring boot for rain or shine riding should be able to check all the boxes with the REV’IT! Link GTX Boots. These boots are comfortable and have performance in mind. :: Mike, 05/13/2022
