Our Two Cents
The Stylmartin Continental Boots are a retro-cool boot that harkens to classic motorcycle racing style with modern updates.
The Continental boots are modeled after the classic Alpinestars Hi Point Motocross boots of the 1970s. I went down a rabbit hole on the original that some of you might enjoy here.
While these boots look old school, they have all the modern safety you would expect in a riding boot including an internal shin protector and dual ankle protectors. The Continental boots are also water repellent.
The four adjustment buckles on these boots are retro styled as well. They look very vintage and have a chrome finish like you would expect on an old style. Feed the strap through and pop it onto the buckle where you are comfortable with the fit. This isn’t the easiest thing to get set up, and no medial zipper means you have to set them every time you wear the boots.
The Stylmartin Continental boots are a cool option for the riders that wants a vintage look with modern protection and materials. They’ll be at home on any cafe racer or other classic bike. :: Mike, 12/06/2022
