Sizing Information

We find Spidi gloves to fit similar to other European brands like Dainese, Alpinestars and REVIT, so if you know what size you wear in these brands, we advise you to choose the same size as you’ve worn before.

Just as an FYI, European brand gloves typically fit a bit more snug than US based brands such as Tour Master, FirstGear, Icon, etc. Even though this glove runs a bit more snug, it isn’t so much that we’d advise going up a size, but if you are at all between sizes, choose the larger.

If you have no idea what size you wear, please see the following Spidi glove size chart and hand measurement instructions to help you choose a size.

Our Two Cents

Flash-R Evo Gloves by Spidi is a short cuff glove with mesh panels that will flow a lot of air for summer.

Spidi offers a number of gloves similar to this one that has moderate protective features in a lightweight package. Like this one, they typically have a man-made suede palm for good wear and comfort.

This glove has a molded knuckle protector that is formed with slices in it. I’m not a fan because the slits seem to take away most of the structural rigidity of the armor piece. It feels kind of flimsy. If these gloves cost around $40 or $50, I’d be OK with them, but beyond that, I’d recommend one of the MANY similar styles that have a full molded knuckle protector such as Ranger Mesh or TX-2 for around $90. :: Paul, 06-11-19

Spidi says: SPIDI Flash-R Evo is a spring-summer motorcycle glove EN 13594:2015 liv.1 (protective gloves for professional motorcycle riders) approved. Flash-R Evo gives maximum comfort and ventilation, thanks to high-resistance mesh inserts.
