pants fit great, i got a generous size so that i could wear them as over pants, armour adjusted to a good position while on the bike, the Velcro adjusting system doesn't seem like it does the trick, but i guess it does because i adjusted the knee pads and they are still in place. pants have little ventilation but seem pretty toasty warm. and on top of jeans or something i am sure will be great.
