I ordered a Bully coil cable lock along with a few other things. After placing my order, New Enough informed me that the product had been placed on back order. They decided to send me a better, more expensive Kryptonite cable so that I'd get my whole shipment together. They even covered the extra cost of the better one! Turns out they sent me a disc lock reminder instead of the Kryptonite cable. In the end, they let me keep the extra disc lock reminder AND shipped me the Kryptonite cable! Talk about great service!
