Andrew P. from Wisconsin

March 5, 2010
I bought these Alpinestars gloves last fall and I rode up until December in northern Wisconsin, so that should lend some credit to the cold weather capabilities of these gloves. The insulation in the gloves is thin but effective at keeping your hands warm. The thin construction doesn't lead to bunching in the fingers when curled around the levers, giving good control feel. The protective qualities of the gloves won't match those of a good set of roadracing gloves without any hard armor sections, but the apparent quality of construction of the gloves gives me peace of mind in the more sedate street environment.
