When I ordered my new Scorpion helmet I was excited to receive and start using it. It fit perfect and I was very happy. But after using it I noticed that the shield mechanism wasn’t working properly. One of the bolts in the helmet was stripped. A call to New Enough customer service and a new helmet was sent to me that day. Along with a return shipping label for the defective helmet.
