Sizing Information

The overall fit/size of this new style seems “true” to their published size chart (see below), so if you are comfortable with a certain size from previous boots, then choose the same size. I’d consider the width of the men’s sizes to be normal to slightly wide (D or E).

Our Two Cents

The Soho Gore-Tex Boots are a great option for the touring rider or commuter who needs a full size, waterproof boot. I think what I like most about these boots is the ease of getting them on and off. This is especially useful for commuters who need to change into and out of their riding boots several times a day. A full length zipper on the inner side of the boot and a large Velcro flap on the outside create a nice wide opening to get your foot in and out. Once zipped up and Velcroed (is that a word?), these boots feel secure on your feet. The toe box and heel area have some reinforcement behind the leather to add some extra protection. It feels like there are some molded protectors for the ankle bones and shins as well. One of the best features of these boots though is the authentic Gore-Tex liner that should keep your feet nice and dry. The sole of these boots has a nice pattern to it that looks like it would provide good grip without catching on footpegs.
