The Women’s Fargo glove is a comfortable full leather glove that would work well for touring or commuting. These gloves are waterproof and insulated, but are not very bulky and should provide a fairly good feel for the controls. The Hipora membrane helps keep the water out, but still allows hand moisture to escape. (Just a suggestion: if you plan to ride in wet weather often, choose another style that is mostly textile material since the leather on these gloves will be damaged by repeated exposure to water). The gauntlet is long and has a zippered gusset so it can be easily pulled over the sleeves of your jacket to help block out the elements. The high quality leather should provide some good abrasion protection in the event of a crash. There is reflective piping on the back of the hand for increased nighttime visibility.
