Back in the early part of Jan 24' I ordered the Tourmaster Transitions jacket. I liked the features and versatility of it. I received the jacket and after wearing it twice the upper arm adjustment snap broke. I was't upset because things like this happen and the jacket is awesome!. This was towards the end of Jan. I emailed customer service and about the issue and attached photos. I was contacted by Mike with CS by phone about 2 hours later. He apologized about the garment. He told me that he would email me a RMA and shipping label for the jacket. He also said that the particular color was on back order and ithat it would be dropped shipped from the manufacturer and would take a couple of weeks. Mike told me to hang on to the jacket I had and use it. He then said when I receive the new jacket just ship the old one back. Received the new jacket on 02/10/24 The customer service and attention I got was great. Kudos to Mike and how he took care of the situation and resolved it quickly. I would not hesitate to do business with MG.com in the future. Thanks again, David
