I ordered a RED Scorpion EXO-2000 helmet which arrived in 5 days but when I opened the box it was more PINK than Red. I called Customer Service and spoke to Aaron who said this was Scorpion’s version of red. He arranged an exchange and even sent the return info while on the phone. He also took my new order for the Shoei GT-Air Swayer helmet and said in 5 days it will arrive so there won’t be any further delays. Helmet arrived and was as advertised and expected. Fits great, feels good and performs quietly when riding with huge reduction in wind noise. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and even more so with the prompt, courteous and friendly customer service provided by Aaron. They certainly earned a new customer in the manner they handled my return and purchase and look forward to dealing with them again. Thanks Will definitely be my first place for motorcycle gear
