I'm very happy with the customer service. When I ordered my helmet, it was missing a pinlock insert that it was supposed to come with. I waited until my next order to e-mail customer service about it. I also had to redeem a coupon for this order, but since it was after hours, the site said it would take up to a business day to process. I expected to hear back the next day from customer service about ordering the missing part and about redeeming my coupon. It only took 5 minutes until I heard back from both! They were very helpful and said they'll send out the missing part, and they'll even put it in the same box as my current order. I received all 3 parts within standard shipping time and am very happy with the products. I will definitely continue shopping here - Motorcycle Gear will continue to be my first choice for any future accessories. Thank you, and keep up the great work!
