Originally ordered the jacket but inadvertantly ordered a size too small. Requested a RMA # which was promptly issued and sent it off to Texas. Called the service center to be sure I had done everything I was supposed to and was extremely pleased with how I was treated. The rep even took my order for a new jacket in the correct size and was terrific to deal with. Jacket arrived a day early, this time it fit and I love it. Great feel, and not as heavy as my bulky leather. Can't to try it out!
