REV'IT! Xena 3 Pants For Women

Please refer to the standard size chart below for ladies REVIT pants. We checked a size 38 in our showroom and found the waist to measure out at about 30” which is a little larger than the chart would suggest, but these are pretty low waist pants, so perhaps they are a bit bigger at the waistband to accommodate a bit larger size down the hip. On each side of the waistband are Velcro straps for adjustment. There is approximately one or two inches of adjustability both larger and smaller from the neutral position.

The inseam on the 38 regular measures about 26” which is a couple inches shorter than the measurement in REVIT’s chart. But these pants are tapered at the ankle and only meant to reach the ankle bone and tucked into sport boots, and I would assume the standard chart shows pant lengths for pants cut to be worn over boots or shoes as normal. So these being a couple inches shorter makes sense. .

REVIT Xena 3 leather sport pants are a full-leather pant for sport riding or on a track. These pants connect to women’s jackets with a waist zipper (either long or short) to make a riding suit. Armor is included in the knees and hips so there is nothing else to buy (except knee sliders if you race).

The jacket and pants both have a short rear zip and a full-around zip to connect the two. Using the full-around zip, you’ve got a pretty competent race suit for your track days. Having the short zipper makes these pants connectable to nearly any REVIT street jacket (that also has the connection zipper).

Speaking of the track, the knees are set up with Velcro so you can attach your favorite sliders (not included). If you aren’t doing sliders, then the pants come with leather patches to cover over the Velcro ovals. The armor included in the knees is REVIT’s best, CE level 2 SeeSoft armor, which is very robust. Hip armor is also included which is REVIT’s thinner and more flexible SeeFlex. In a form fit pant like this, the thinner hip armor is appropriate.

Like the mating Xena 3 jacket, the leather on these pants is partially perforated on the thighs both front and back. And they use stretch fabric in the crotch area which will flex and breathe some. No full-leather pant like this going to be comfortable in hot summer weather, but the venting will give you the widest possible comfortable temp range and still give the full coverage of leather you want for serious riding. :: Paul, 02-13-20
