Sizing Information

Below is the size chart published by REVIT for these shoes. REVIT has changed their US conversion chart a few times in the last several years, so this one may differ from previous charts you’ve seen. We compared this chart to other EU-US charts from popular brands such as Sidi and it tracks pretty well.

Most people with experience buying shoes and boots sold in EU sizes will choose the same EU size as before. You can also choose an EU size based upon your experience buying US sized shoes and boots using the conversion chart. In trying on the shoes in our offices, we thought the larger size shoes ran a little longer than the chart suggests, so if you are between sizes choose the smaller. Example: If you are normally an 11 US, you are between a 45 and 46 and we’d suggest trying the 45. In the smaller size ranges, we think the chart is more accurate.

As to width, we find these boots are quite normal, I’d say D width, or “medium”.

Our Two Cents

REVIT Jefferson shoes are a good looking casual riding shoe with significant protection features.

I just did a review on the Arrow shoe, also new for 2020 and the Jefferson shoe is quite similar. About the only difference, I can point to is the overall styling. One feature unique to the Jefferson is the large strap in back you can use to help pull on the shoes, which I always find helpful. Also, this shoe is $10 less than the arrow, although I can’t say why given their similarity. If you were on the fence between the two, choose these and save the price of your next fast food visit!

The sole is nice and wide and will give good support and help protect the sides of your feet in an impact. The uppers are made of a solid feeling very short pile sueded material that is partially perforated to breathe some. The heel and toe are are moderately stiffened but the area around the ankle bones is more padding than most riding shoes like this. There are solid disc protectors positioned over each ankle bone too. The insides are well padded and comfortable.

Choose from three sharp colors. One extra set of laces is included. :: Paul, 02-05-2020

REVIT says: The REV’IT! Jefferson shoes are all about form and function. The CE-rated footwear comes with reinforced thermoformed heel and ankle cups along with injected ankle cups at both sides of the ankle. Additionally, the OrthoLite® insole provides riders with the comfort the need both on and off the bike. A reflective strip is strategically placed at the heel helps the rider stay visible when the sun goes down.
