Our Two Cents

The Tour Master Overlander glove is new for 2021 and is part of their “Horizon Line” which is aimed at adventure riders. This style is stretch fabric on the back of the hand with a synthetic suede palm The Overlander is available in both men’s and women’s sizes, so take the link below for the other gender.

This is a comfortable style mostly because the materials are softer and stretchy. The fabric on the back of the hand will also flow a lot of air so they’ll be comfortable in mild to hot weather. The synthetic suede palms should wear well and break in easily.

The knuckles and the backs of the fingers are covered in a flexible rubber piece to add just a bit of impact protection (but not a lot). There is a simple Velcro tab at the wrist to hold the gloves on your hands. I’d consider this glove to be light on protection for street use, but better for off-road use as most off road glove offer very little in the way of impact armor. :: Paul, 06-02.21
