This was my first foray in to a waterproof duffel, and I can say this one worked flawlessly. Used it the first time in Sept. 2015 on a trip from Michigan, to Ohio, then down to SC, Virginia and W Virginia. The return trip to Ohio was mostly an all day ride in the rain - and not a drop of moisture in the bag. And you guys have the best customer service I've experienced in a long, long time. Keep up the good work.
