I am 5'10" tall, 200 lbs; 44 inch chest, 36 inch waist I own many Dainese Jackets. I wear a size 56, so I use a size G@ Back Protector. I love this over the Manis and the wave back protector. Those other units were very stuff in my back and didn't allow much airflow. I am an absolute gear geek, so I have a G@ for each Dainese Jacket that I won.
