I have been a longtime customer with no complaints. I purchased a new helmet in November 2010 and had some issues with fit. It was too tight. After months of waiting for it "break in", I gave up and removed the cheek pads to find them to be the wrong size for the size marked in the helmet. I contacted customer service, realizing the return period had long ago expired. However, I received the correct size cheek pads shipped UPS within 3 days of contacting customer service!!!!! Absolutely great customer service!!! I will certainly continue to be a loyal customer. -Ron G Fayetteville, GA
