I ordered a set of Nelson-Rigg soft bags (see picture) about 4 months ago. Unfortunately a seam split (probably due to a sewing defect). I sent an email to Nate at New Enough who arranged with Nelson Rigg to swap out the bags for new ones at their Santa Ana facility which is just minutes from my house. Tina at Nelson Rigg took care of me and the swap was handled painlessly. Thanks to Nate for recognizing that I lived only minutes from N-R and the N-R staff for handling the swap out expeditiously. BTW, I could have returned the bags to New Enough for a swap out if I had been farther away. David
