Just took my first ride with the Joe Rocket Ballistic 7.0 jacket and i am very impressed. It kept me very warm in 30 degree weather. As other reviews have mentioned the neck can be a little tight but it was OK with me since it keep the cold out very well. When the arms are cinched down they are also a little tight with the liner in. I wish they had more than one setting but that's OK. Overall i would highly recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a winter riding jacket.
