Sizing Information

Below is the size chart published by REVIT for these shoes. REVIT has changed their US conversion chart a few times in the last several years, so this one may differ from previous charts you’ve seen. We compared this chart to other EU-US charts from popular brands such as Sidi and it tracks pretty well.

Most people with experience buying shoes and boots sold in EU sizes will choose the same EU size as before. You can also choose an EU size based upon your experience buying US sized shoes and boots using the conversion chart. In trying on the shoes in our offices, we thought the larger size shoes ran a little longer than the chart suggests, so if you are between sizes choose the smaller. Example: If you are normally an 11 US, you are between a 45 and 46 and we’d suggest trying the 45. In the smaller size ranges, we think the chart is more accurate.

As to width, we find these boots are quite normal, I’d say D width, or “medium”.

Our Two Cents

The G-Force shoes by REVIT are new for 2021. This style is offered in a standard non-waterproof configuration and also in an “H2O waterproof unit. The standard boot is available only for men and the H2O version is available in both men’s and womens sizes. Take the link below to the other versions and gender.

Overall I’m impressed with the G-Force shoe. It is offered at a good price and the quality of materials and level of protection is very good. We’ve seen several styles like this from Sidi and Alpinestars over the years. This shoe is comparable in quality and I think they offer a bit more “heft” as compared to the other brands. Also, I find the fit to be a bit more generous for width that the other two (Sidi runs especially trim), so those with a wider foot might be pleased).

As already mentioned, there’s the standard boot which is vented through the tongue (being mesh) and through perforations on the panel covering the inside of your foot. Both those should flow a lot of air at speed, so consider this version as being the best for hot weather. The H2O version is similar in looks, fit and other features, but has a built in waterproof liner. Waterproof liners don’t flow direct air, so this boot will keep water out, but it will be less comfortable in summer heat. On the flipside though, it will be more comfortable and practical for you in mild or cooler/wet weather.

When I mentioned “heft” I was thinking about the overall feel of the materials. The sole is sturdy with a reinforcement in the shank, and the heel surround and the toe cup are both stiffened. Each ankle gets a protector positioned over it, and those feel very nice. The boot is cut low in the back for ease of walking. The low cut back reminds me of car racing boots which are cut the same way. The top of the boot has a Velcro strap which you can use to trap the loose ends of the laces to keep them from getting tangled in your bike’s machinery.

In wearing the boots around, the sole feels comfortable even being a low profile design. The inside of the boot is well padded and very comfortable so I think break-in will be minimal. :: Paul, 05-06-21

REVIT says: The G-Force H2O Riding Shoes take inspiration directly from the worlds of MotoGP and WSBK and distill racetrack style into a practical, everyday riding shoe. REV’IT! applies a barrage of materials to add protection, manage airflow and add a bold, technical style to the G-Force Shoes. A tough leather exterior, injected ankle cups and thermoformed heel cups and toe caps manage the shoes’ safety component. The track styling ensures a snug, low profile feeling when on the foot, and the inclusion of the OrthoLite X40 insole adds overall comfort.
