Sidi Meta Riding Shoe

Sizes range from 37 Euro to 47 Euro which covers both men’s and women’s US size ranges.

The Meta Riding shoe by Sidi is a good looking sport/sneaker style riding shoe. It’s well ventilated with plenty of night time reflectives.

You’ll be comfortable in the Meta shoe the first time you wear them. Overall, this is a pretty light weight boot with a very breathable design. The tongue padded and covered in mesh material and then, on the sides of the boot, are panels of mesh material. The best seasons for this boot will be spring, summer, and fall.

The overall protection package here is comparable to other semi-casual riding shoes. You get armor discs built into the boot on each side of the ankle bone and extra overlays of rubber on the side of the forefoot and heel areas. The toe box and heel area are somewhat reinforced. The sole is relatively thin like other sport boots so the boot easily fits under the shifter on a sportbike. The instep area is reinforced. One other safety feature that is sometimes missing on riding shoes are the recessed laces and the Velcro strap over where you tie your shoes. This keeps loose ends out of the machinery of your bike.

I really like the styling of this shoe. It’s sporty looking, but not too “motorcycle” looking for everyday use. I thought the boots felt great right out of the box. The price seems very reasonable too. :: Paul, 03-11-20
