Sizing Information
I measured each and every size of jean offered in this style and concluded that they run true to the stated size. The waist on each one I measured was just a touch bigger than the stated size, but most jeans are “vanity sized” just a little bit and then you can expect just a slight bit of shrinkage from washing. My advice would be to buy the size you normally wear.
Here are the measurements I got off the actual jeans we have in stock:Size | Waist Measurement | Inseam Measurement |

Our Two Cents
The Covert Pro jeans have the same fit and looks of the previously introduced Covert jeans, but the denim material is a bit thicker and it’s a Cordura brand blend of denim and nylon which is more abrasion resistant than just plain denim. The pants have the same cut and look…. they are a simple five pocket design which nearly anybody will like and they are comfortable. The cut is “average” meaning not baggy and not skinny. Aside from being just a bit thicker than standard denim, the “feel” is not pre-washed, but not stiff either. I would bet the jeans will break in and become favorites. We turned a pair inside out and took a couple close-up photos for you so you could see the areas of reinforcement. The yellow fabric is the Kevlar® that provides the abrasion protection. The pants have pockets for armor and Scorpion sells the SAS-TEC knee and hip armor pieces that fit in the pockets in the pants. SAS-TEC armor is VERY flexible and conforms well to the body and works great in a jean like this where you don’t want the profile of the armor to show under the pants. Take the link below to add that armor if you like. The “Pro” version in this pant is a great option if you are a bit wary of standard, reinforced denim, and the price differential is not a lot, so I think this style is a winner! :: Paul, 04-06-15
