REV'IT! Speedart Air Glove
A lot of research and development goes into engineering a piece of REV’IT! apparel, and we take feedback from both customers and expert riders to assure we get it right. The all-new Speedart Air had to be worthy of their name – the finest example of the art of balancing sporty motorsports style with premium, summer performance; gloves capable of optimizing airflow even in the hottest conditions, while delivering superior comfort and control. And – spoiler alert – they really are.
Road-tested textiles We research, design, and test every stitch, panel, and textile to find the ideal motorcycle-specific properties. Like the freedom of movement afforded by Automan stretch fabric between the fingers, and the open weave of recycled PWR|Mesh and neoprene that work together to ventilate the back of the hand. On the Speedart Air’s palms, the strength of soft goatskin leather combined with microfiber gives the gloves maximum feel and handlebar feedback.
Ride the summer, safer Riding at pace in the heat calls for a clever balance of ventilation and protection, and so the Speedart Air are carefully crafted to cosset your fingers, thumbs, and palms in a malleable memory foam. Should you come to a sudden stop, your gloves need to be your safety net, which is where an additional cushioning layer of memory foam under the PU-injected knuckle protectors comes in. Plus, there’s the added reassurance of TPU palm sliders, proven to prevent and reduce risk of injury.

Sizing Information
We find REVIT gloves run a bit on the snug side as compared to most US based brands. The fit is very similar to Alpinestars which also fit more snugly than other brands of gloves. The REV’IT! Speedart however seem to be even smaller and we estimate as a whole that they run about half a size small compared to other REV’IT! gloves. If you are between sizes definitely go with the larger size. Hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. Our Two Cents
The REV’IT! Speedart Air Glove is a fully ventilated summer glove that flows a ton of air with almost the entire top half of the glove covered in 3D Air Mesh. To add to the comfort the gloves feature memory foam at the fingers, at the palm and underneath the knuckle protector. The knuckle protector is a TPU hard shell joined by easily flexible TPR injected finger knuckle protectors. As a whole the Speedart Air Gloves are very comfortable and provide excellent feel as they are not too thick or too rigid. REV’IT! really walked the fine line between comfort and protection with these gloves and succeeded in making a glove that offers air flow and comfort without sacrificing all of its protection abilities.
On the inside of the palm the gloves feature goatskin leather with a grip overlay as well as a TPU hard shell palm slider and additional protection running up the entire pinky side of the glove. A nice touch for the price point is the external stitching that offers additional comfort.
The Ritmo gloves also feature touch screen compatible finger tips on both the index finger and thumb and in testing performed well with both Android and iPhone devices.
Overall if you are looking for a good hot weather glove with solid protection the REV’IT! Speedart Air is a solid choice. :: Damir 3-2-24
