Sizing Information

These gloves are consistent with the major US brands such as Tour Master and Joe Rocket, so hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. Just as an FYI, European brands such as REVIT, Dainese and Alpinestars typically run just a touch more snug that US sized gloves.

If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.

Oxford publishes a “template” you can print to choose a glove size by comparing your hand to a printed image. Click here to view/print.

We checked our own sizing advice based on a hand measurement to Oxfords printed template and found the measuring method to be most accurate.

Our Two Cents

The Holton glove by Oxford is an all leather “ranch” style glove for cruiser and street riders.

The leather used in these gloves is a mid-weight cowhide which really feels nice and looks good. The gloves are lined with a plush nylon material which allows them to slide right on. At the wrist is a Velcro-close strap to secure the gloves on your hand. The strap actually works quite well to hold them securely. Also at the wrist is a small leather tab that you can use to snap the gloves to each other for storage so you don’t lose one.

I like this simple design. Of course, these gloves don’t have any motorcycle-specific protective features other than the leather construction, but if that isn’t a big concern of yours, then you’re in the right place! :: Paul, 08-07-19

FYI, this glove is available for both genders. The lady’s version is the Radley which is listed below.

Oxford says: Oxford heritage style gloves comply to EN:13594, and carry the corresponding CE mark as your assurance that they will deliver the protection that you should expect.
