Icon Baserunner Gloves (SOLD OUT)

These gloves fit consistently with the major American designed brands we carry such as Tour Master, Joe Rocket, FirstGear, etc, which are “normal” in fit and size. And they are a bit more roomy than some European brands such as Alpinestars and REV’IT! that typically run about a half size smaller than the American “normal” fit. Having said all that, I think this particular model runs just a touch more snug than other Icon gloves, so if you find yourself between sizes, I’d advise to choose the larger.

The Icon Baserunner gloves are basically a high quality leather street gloves but with some bold and unique styling.

I’ll let the styling of this glove speak for itself because it will be the major feature you’ll base your buying decision on. Personally I like something different, and when I first saw these gloves, I thought of all the bikes with fringe and leather saddles that would look great with them. Icon offers up a baseball theme which works too. Cowboys cold like them too. ha.

Aside from all that, these gloves offer a one piece goat leather palm with a full nylon lining. Wow, they just slip on easy as you please and feel great! The gloves have some armor protection too. Its hidden under the laces on the knuckles and its pretty substantial. There art two fairly large D3O pieces hiding under there.

The cuff closes with a simple Velcro tab which is the new, non-snagging kind so they won’t eat your clothing. Overall, I like this style for its unique look an solid design. For the quality materials, the price seems very reasonable too. :: Paul, 09-11-18
