Sizing Information

Most Dainese gloves we’ve carried run snug like other European brands, but this particular style seems to run “normally” like other US brands. So choose the size you normally wear.

Hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.

Our Two Cents

Ergo 72 gloves by Dainese are a good looking short cuff glove with sturdy build materials and stylish knuckle protection.

I really like the leather used in these gloves. The back of the hand is shiny black leather and the palm side is black suede (man made suede I think). The gloves have a thickness too them that feels like they’d wear well. The insides of the glove are mostly lined with a soft nylon material.

The knuckle guard on this glove is unique in that the knuckle armor pieces are three independent floating pieces each with a good looking metal overlay on top. Those armor pieces can flex and so they’ll be very comfortable on your hand when you make a fist.

The gloves secure to your hand with a Velcro strap at the wrist. In the palm area of the hand is an extra layer of leather with padding.

The look and feel of this glove is “premium” in nature so they are a bit more expensive than other short cuff gloves, but there is something extra here. :: Paul, 08-28-18

Dainese says: Ergonomics and protection join forces through Ergo-Tek technology. Ergo72 delivers independent knuckle mobility and unequalled protection from an anatomical metal plate design in a style that’s pure motorcycling history. Shorty style that’s long on performance.
