Sizing Information
Most Dainese gloves we’ve carried run snug like other European brands, but this particular style seems to run “normally” like other US brands. So choose the size you normally wear.
Hopefully you’ve had some experience with buying gloves and can choose based upon the fit of a previous pair. If you have no previous experience with glove sizing, go here for help.
This glove is offered in sizes down to XXXS for women and youth wear.
Our Two Cents
TheDesert Poon D1 gloves by Dainese are a light weight all purpose summer glove. These are available in sizes down to XXXS so women and youth can find a size too.
The palm of this glove is a man-made suede material which gives good comfort and good grip. The back of the hand is a mix of fabric materials. About half the back side materials are full mesh and will flow a lot of air. Consider this glove for fall spring and summer. But not cold weather!
There aren’t any areas on this glove with extra padding or armor. The palm material will offer some limited resistance to abrasion. The gloves secure to the hand with a Velcro strap at the wrist.
I think these gloves will be good for low speed street or off road use. The overall quality is nice. :: Paul, 08-23-18
