This Legacy Neckwarmer by Alpinestars is a simple tube you pull over your head and wear around your neck to keep the cold at bay. It’s a super soft stretchy fleece on the inside and stretch fabric on the outside. The outside material is kinda slick feeling like a tracksuit.
