We continue to monitor the constantly changing situation regarding the COVID-19 virus. As of now Spidi and Dainese are shipping items. Some of our vendors are still experiencing delays with shipments, and dropships. This includes Parts Unlimited, Motonation, and Bell. Bell has the longest delay at the moment with about a 2-3 week delay before they can ship our orders so that we can then turn around and ship them to our customers. Most states are allowing a limited warehouse staff to continue to fill orders. If your order is affected we will reach out to you and let you know the situation and work with you to find the best solution for you.
If you are looking for a face masks/coverings, we have some available here. They are mostly cloth or neoprene and some have perforations in them. They do not meet N95 mask standards. We make no guarantee the items will protect users from any illness.
If an item is listed as “Same Day” it is shipping either from our warehouse or a vendor’s warehouse directly to you. If you add the item to your cart and enter the destination zip code it will show you what warehouse is fulfilling the order above the items in step 2 of the checkout process. If it says “Ships from Vendor Warehouse” then it could be coming from an affected area, but we will reach out to you if we think your order is going to be delayed. Items that says “Ships from MotorcycleGear.com Warehouse” are in stock in our Texas warehouse and we are open and shipping Monday through Friday. While we are open, our storeroom is still closed to the public as we have employees who can be severely affected by Covid-19. Please bear with us and be patient during these trying times. Items listed as 3-5 days must come from a vendor’s warehouse into our warehouse before shipping out to you. It might vary depending on item availability from some of our other vendors. Again, if we think your shipment will be delayed we will reach out to you to see the best way to proceed so you are taken care of as quickly as possible.
At this time we have decided to close our showroom to the public out of an abundance of caution. We will be shipping and receiving returns regularly again.

MotorcycleGear.com is a small, family run business dedicated to bringing you all the best new motorcycle apparel and accessories and the best values in our closeout department. We’ve been in business for over 20 years and this is all new territory for us. We hope that you all stay safe in these trying times, we will do our best to keep product moving to you and to process returns as they arrive. We have started delaying the processing of returns for 24 hours after arrival for the safety of our team here. If the situation in our area changes we will update it on this page.
