First off, I must say that I love Firstgear products. I have 7 First gear jackets that I have purchased over the years from motorcyclegear.com. This mesh tex jacket replaces a size large Rush tex jacket that no longer fits due to weight loss. I also purchased some D30 should and elbow pads from motorcyclegear.com because I like the weight savings and the fit of the jackets better with the thinner armor. This jacket fits great, and for the money, you just cannot lose. It passes copious amounts of air when the inner liner is out, which leads to a much more comfortable ride. I wear mesh for 3 seasons (Central Arizona)and with layering, I can extend it down to the low 50's. Below that, I need a warmer jacket.
