WOW!! Thats what I have to say.....WOW!! I had heard of you guys and been to your site several times, yesterday I ran across a great price on a Cortech jacket and gloves deal. I had been looking for a mesh summer jacket and went ahead and ordered from you guys for the 1st time. Online transaction went smooth. I seen, I was getting free shipping (cool). Much to my surprise, it came TODAY. I ordered yesterday morning, and it came today! I am pretty sure it was not free "overnight" shipping. I know it was shipped from CA, and I live in Ca, but STILL, the next day?? Very impressive. I have heard some good things about your company before, now I see why. I was just very impressed about everything. I am happy with the jacket and gloves, I have not tried them out on the road yet, but looking forward to doing so. Great job MCG.com!! You now have a new customer. Loyalty is important to me, so if this is typical of your service and quality, I am on board with MCG.com Also, I have been impressed with your site. Just very well done, lots and lots of info. Sizing, comparisons, videos,customer comments, lots of photos of products, great angles on them, just all-in-all I am VERY impressed. In today's retail climate, it's these type of things which will gain you loyalty. There is nothing like trying on things 1st, or holding them in your hands to make a choice.
