Tourmaster Rain Boot Covers: These worked great in the rain, but the bad part was they were a little too short to seat the elastic top just above my calf. The result was they slip down after a while and had to be pulled up every so often. I'm not tall by any means, average height (5'9") and a 31" inseam. Firstgear Mesh-Tex Jacket: Awesome jacket. Made very well and fit great. I used it on a cross country trip and other than one cold day, I wore it for 13 days total on the road. Liner is quickly removable and all the zippers are good quality. Cortech Super Mini Tank Bag: I bought this for use on my Volusia cruiser because it fits well below the speedometer on the tank. Magnets hold great and it is very handy. Easily opened on the road to change songs if one has to. Make sure you have the rain fly handy or do like I did and pre-treat it with camp-dry spray. The thing soaks up rain like a sponge and does so instantly. After using it from Oregon over to West Virginia I went ahead and spray-treated the bag for waterproofing. Worked great and did not affect the color at all.
