So far I've been on the highway twice in the rain wearing this gear and stayed amazingly dry. Not only that, but the next day it was nice and warm, so I opened the vents and was perfectly comfortable! Between the removable liner (which actually does look okay on its own, despite my initial skepticism) and the drawstrings that can hold open the vents, this jacket is great for just about any weather. The review of the Teton jacket was dead on about the included back armor, though: make sure to get the upgrade. I'm 6'6 and 230lbs, and the XL-Tall Teton jacket fits me perfectly. So do the tall sized Escape pants. So sizing was pretty accurate. The reflective surfaces on the jacket and pants are not super-bright, so it may be a good idea to double up with a high-visibility vest or something (pictured is a Halo helmet band). The Sidi Strada boots are comfortable enough. The rubberized sole doesn't come up over the toe at all, so if you scrape your toe on the ground a couple of times while taking off, it starts to scuff. Given that it's my biggest issue with the boot, I'd definitely say I'm happy with them. They did a great job of keeping me dry in the rain.
