The Factor 3 textile pants are just what I was looking to go between my mesh and full leather pants. They offer more protection than mesh pants (albeit with less air flow) and people don't give you the weird look at cafe (happens often with leather pants). Rev'it stands for quality and attention to detail. The exterior shell feels smooth, the seams are strong and the inner thermal liner is a must for colder days. The pants easily go over my Alpinestars SMX-Plus boots. The slide and lock button is genius, what took so long to make this?! Every pant should have this mechanism. The front pocket zippers work well, meaning they aren't too stiff to slide open/close. The only gripe is that I wish it had even more reflective panels like the upgraded Rev'it Vapor pants and a removable (not permanent) water liner. Sizing was a tad smaller than indicated by the MG chart for me (typically wear 36x32 pants) and the large was a little tight in the waist even with loosened side adjustments, I ended up with the Extra Large standard and it was perfect; the inseam seems to be about 33" and is just long enough to cover my boots when riding my sport bike. Totally recommend them if you need a not-too-expensive textile pant.
