Jacket

I'm pretty happy with this jacket especially for the price, I'd give it a solid B+. Fit is accurate, I'm 6' 210 and the XL fits great, arms are just a tad too long. This is a perfect jacket for Pacific Northwest summers, it has enough venting to cool you off up to around 85 degrees, it is tolerable up to 95. Some nits, first it is a three zipper configuration, if you want to use all of them, you zip up the water proof flaps, then the vent zipper then the outside zipper. You don't need to zip them all, the flaps for rain protection can be zipped up or pushed in. This is kind of annoying, especially since the flaps are vinyl and rest against your sides increasing the heat there. I'm only using this jacket for warm weather so I'll be removing them. The other zipper configuration is great! If you know it is going to be hot just zip up the front vent zipper. If you get the in between weather like we do so often here in the PNW, zip them both up and if it turns out to be warmer than you expected, the main zipper can be unzipped easily while you are riding. I ride a CBR1000 and a VFR so you don't need to be on a Goldwing to do this. Another nit is the liner, it is only a vest so during colder weather your arms would get cold, a full liner would have made it much more versatile. Also with the arms there are no vents, so it does get a little warm on the hotter days. Probably not the best jacket choice for summers in AZ but perfect for WA, OR.
