I just have to say I am very, very, pleased with the new jacket! I am by no means a average size rider,(based on sizes available 99% of the time at the local bike shops)and finding the right gear for me at 6'3" 320 lbs is difficult. Usually the size charts of most vendors don't even come close to actually being right,but yours was right on the money, and the honest descriptions, have made me a repeat customer already. The Jacket fit perfectly, was even better quality than I expected, and the shipping, it was so fast,I could have sworn you teleported it here! I am dead serious, I had not even put the credit card away after ordering and the door bell was ringing with the delivery!(give William a raise if he works like that all the time!) Your website is one of the cleanest, easiest to nav, sites out there.(Kudos to Nick) I have already logged back in and ordered some more gear for both me and the wife. Keep up the great work!
