The TourMaster Venture Air pants didn't work for me, they were just too bulky and hard to get on. The web-based RMA request worked excellent and I traded in these for the First Gear HT Air pants (shown in photo) instead. Also shown in the photo are the Tour Master Deluxe Rain Boot Covers. Kudos to New Enough for their excellent customer service and return policy.
