Just as an FYI, you may have previous experience with European designed brands such as Alpinestars and REV’IT! which run about one half size smaller, size-for-size, than the American brands. It is not a universally true fact, but generally holds for most styles. So if a particular size in either of those brands is roomy on you, then you may be able to go down one full size in this style.

Well, I’ll have to say, I’m pretty impressed with these gloves because they look nice and feel sturdy to me and I would have thought the pricing would have been more. They are a combination of leather in the palms and textile elsewhere. The textile fabric feels quite nice and has more “heft” to it than many other gloves. And a lot of street/waterproof gloves like this don’t have the Velcro wrist strap to secure the gloves to your hand and the Velcro adjuster at the gauntlet. Even commuters and general street riders want the security of knowing that strap will help keep the gloves on in case of a fall, right? The backs of the fingers and knuckles have some molded rubberized protectors to add some impact protection. And the way they are attached won’t make the glove too bulky to store easily. You can still roll them up into a small space for storage. The gloves don’t have insulation, but they do have a waterproof mid-liner to make them waterproof. I’d say these would be good for three seasons or so (all except cold use). I think you’ll like the value and get a lot of use out of this style. :: Paul, 07-31-13
