The FirstGear Helmet Backpack has a total of Four exterior pockets, padded shoulder straps with an exterior cell phone pocket, padded mesh back panel that unzips and exposes an internal cell phone storage pocket and net audio pocket that leads to the waterproof gate for headphone cords, padded laptop pocket, the built in helmet storage compartment tucks away when not in use and compression straps are located at the waist and chest for extra support while riding.
